We currently only ship to EU countries. Our shipping policy includes standard shipping rates and estimated delivery times for each destination within the EU. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of the items ordered. We strive to process and produce orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please allow a couple of days for our tailors to produce the product to your exact needs. Once your order is produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes or colors. However, you can return the item for store credit and use it to purchase the correct size or color. Please refer to our return policy for more information on how to initiate a return.
Our return policy allows eligible items to be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a store credit voucher. To be eligible for a return, items must be accompanied by the original receipt, in their original packaging, and unworn. Sale items, swimwear, and custom-made or tailored items are excluded from returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Damaged or defective items will be reproduced upon return. Store credit will be issued via email and is valid for 12 months after issuance.
